Then on to Walmart--along with three thousand other people--to get some supplies for the week.
The kids had waited fairly patiently, so we decided to walk on down to the beach even though it was getting late.
IT WAS SO WORTH IT.
Just standing on the beach at sunset gives me such an appreciation of God's magnificent creation.

Sounds like you are ready for a great vacation. So you went to Walmart with 3,000 and we went to Auchan in Suzhou with 10,000 Chinese!! Oh my...I cannot wait to tell you some of the fun and some of the crazy things I have experienced.
Tonight, we stood on the lakeside near the hotel and watched people launch little hot air balloon-type lanterns in the night sky.
Every time I see the sweet little kids, I think of your blog. I even looked for squeeky shoes today, just for fun.

Y'all look like you're having fun. Be sure and take some of those family beach photos...I am planning on making my family do that next month when we get to the beach...wonder if I can' lose 20 lbs by then...LOL
