Earlier this month, the kids and I went to Bloomington to meet with some of the other Lifelink families at Our Chinese Daughters Foundation. We enjoyed meeting all of the beautiful little children and their moms and siblings. After playing, crafts, and shopping, we ate at a Chinese restaurant and finished the afternoon at the Children's Museum. Maimie finally fell asleep about 3 minutes from home.

We can tell by the smiles on their faces that each of the kids enjoyed their day. The older ones love crafts and creating with their hands and Maimie loves to interact with other children. It is just incredible to think that this time last year you were just getting ready to make the long trip to China to meet Maimie!!
