Macaroni

Clip below of Maimie trying what is probably her first macaroni ever. She seems to like it.

On a more important note. I think we misinformed a few folks, including Mike and Vickey (our rides home) that we'd be coming back on Saturday. Looking at the tickets again we realized we'll be coming into the Peoria airport on Feb 16 Friday at 2:06pm. Mike, Vickey perhaps you could post a response letting us know you got this message.

Thanks
Steve

Yes, Steve, we just read your blog and we were not sure about the Friday or Saturday but glad to meet you on Friday, Feb. 16 at 2pm.
Will make sure the driveway is cleaned off and food in refrigerator. That means one less day to wait before we get to see all of you! Has Joseph been influencing Maimie with the idea of macaroni? We sure miss you and look forward to seeing you on Friday!

It is wonderful to see how much Maimie has bonded to you and the love that radiates from each of you. Isn't it exciting how God chose just the right little girl half way around the world to be a part of the Monday family in Tremont?! Our God is an awesome God!

So glad that your trip to your daughter has gone so well and smooth. I know you must be so anxious to get home and settled in. Looking forward to meeting your new daughter one day soon with Lana.

Isn't it funny how kids all over the world like to eat macaroni and cheese!! Maimie is just like every other kid!! Can't wait to see you in a few weeks after everyone has overcome the jet lag you will experience. Have a safe trip home.

How exciting it's been for Paul and I to see your day to day experiences in China with your new baby daughter and family. We're praying for you and for your trip home and are anxious to hear details from Grandma & Grandpa Lanan at church. Thanks for sharing with all of us! God bless the Monday family! Love, The Cooks
